If your order is placed before 11am EST, it will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 11am EST, it will be shipped the next business day.
After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.
If you insured your order with shipement protection at checkout, you will be able to fill a claim request in case of thest, damage or loss. If you did not insure your order with shipement protection, please reach out to Customer Service.
